For shop owners

Thinking about your next chapter?

How does the process work? +
Five steps: Confidential conversation → Business review → A fair offer → Smooth transition → Your next chapter. There's no pressure at any step. We don't show up with lawyers and lowball offers. We start with a private call to understand what matters to you — and go from there at your pace.
What is my shop worth? +
Most independent repair centers are valued at 2.5–3.5× Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE) — your annual profit plus your own salary and benefits. We'll show you exactly how we arrive at a number. No surprises, no games designed to renegotiate later. If you own the real estate, we often buy that too — one clean transaction.
Does my team keep their jobs? +
Yes. The technicians and service advisors who built your shop's reputation stay — with better pay, better benefits, and a company stock-option program that gives them a real stake. We keep your team because they are the shop. Losing them is not something we're willing to do.
Does the shop keep its name? +
Yes. The name stays on the building. The trust it represents took decades to build. We don't erase that. Your brand, your reputation, and your community identity remain exactly where they belong.
How long does the process take? +
Once you decide to move forward, most closings take 60–90 days. We move at your pace. If you need more time — more time. We're not a fund with a deadline. We're buying to hold, which means we can be patient.
How do I get paid? +
Cash at close. No contingencies. We don't structure deals around earn-outs or deferred payments designed to reduce what you actually receive. You get your number when the deal closes.
Is this confidential? +
Completely. No listings. No strangers walking your floor. No one on your team knows unless you choose to tell them. Every conversation is private and protected by NDA before any financial information is shared.
For investors

Back a platform built to last.

What exactly is the opportunity? +
A $92.1B industry where the top operators own under 5% of locations combined. Every comparable trade — dentistry, veterinary, HVAC — has already been consolidated. Independent auto repair is the largest unconsolidated segment left. ASP is built to be the platform that organizes it — with the technology, the relationships, and the operating model already in place.
How do the returns work? +
We buy shops at 2.5–3.5× SDE. Platform-level businesses in comparable industries trade at 8–12× EBITDA. The same shops, same owners, same customers — inside the platform they are worth approximately 3× more than at acquisition. That gap is where investor returns are generated. The full model is shared with accredited investors on request.
Why can't a competitor copy this? +
The relationship advantage that cannot be bought is the relationships — and relationships take decades. Our team has 190+ years of combined experience in this industry. We find shops before they're ever listed because the owners already know us. A well-capitalized competitor can buy their way into the market. They cannot buy their way into trust that was earned over careers.
How do I request investor materials? +
Investor materials are available to accredited investors under Regulation D. Submit a request through the Investors page or contact us directly. Once verified, you'll receive access to 3-year projections, unit economics, offering documents, and the full build plan.
What is the minimum investment? +
Minimum investment details are in the offering documents. This is a Reg D private placement — accreditation is required. Contact us to request information.
About ASP

How we work.

What does "Run as one, never a chain" mean? +
It means every shop keeps its identity — its name, its team, its community reputation — while gaining the systems and buying power of a single company behind it. We are not a franchise. We are not a brand rollout. We operate as one company, with each location preserving what made it worth buying in the first place.
What kinds of shops does ASP acquire? +
We buy proven, profitable, community-trusted independent repair centers — walk-in, customer-facing shops where the owner has built a real reputation over years. We don't buy every shop we see. We're selective. Quality compounds. Volume for its own sake doesn't.
Where is ASP headquartered? +
San Antonio, Texas. 5555 Timberhill Dr., Suite 11, San Antonio, TX 78238. Phone: (844) 884-ASP1. Email: info@aspinc.co.
What technology does ASP use? +
We own our tools. AcquireTargetLab™ finds and identifies shops to acquire — it maps every shop in a market, checks records, and tracks each deal. AutoTalkLab™ handles customer attribution, reactivation, and the Shop Integrity add-on. We built both. We don't rent software for critical functions.
